Tasks

Reporting to the L&D Manager this position will be key in providing an administrative support service. The L&D Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administrative duties within data management, training support and recruitment. -Manage the administration of the training events billing activity -Deal with telephone / email/ post enquiries for the department -Assist with the organisation of training events -Assist with the collation of attendance records -Assist in the grant recovery process -Ensure data management systems are maintained by updating training and system information -Ensure all resources are ordered and ready for training events -Manage the administration of flights and accommodation for trainers -Provide a generalist administration service to the L&D team as demand dictates -Changes the overall plan, goal or project to fit the situation -Assist in the administration of the company’s Further Education policy and ensure records are updated -Arrange room bookings and hospitality for training events -Assist in the collation of Training feedback -Manage the administration of GRAHAM Academy – career fair bookings/ managing logistics -Assist in administration of the CONNECT process

As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop we are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to assist the service within the L&D Team. -Intranet/ Internet familiarity -Experience of web search techniques -Effective Communication skills: Able to develop, maintain and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders -Accuracy: Has a strong attention to detail to consistently deliver accurate results -Working knowledge of Internet Explorer or equivalent. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Adaptability: Able to manage change and remain flexible to individual situations. -Strong IT skills to include Microsoft suit. -Problem Solving: Looks objectively at every side of an idea or situation to ensure that all outcomes are thoroughly assessed before deciding on an appropriate course of action. -Innovative: Is able to create or alter work structures, practices and models, to allow benefit to the job role and organisation as a whole. -Experience of the Construction industry -Knowledge of L&D systems – LMS / Litmos -Strong organisational skills. -Planning and Prioritising: Plans and prioritises around departmental/team objectives. Able to spot opportunities and problems in the medium and long term and develop new approaches. Has a strong attention to detail with consistently accurate results. -Proven L&D administrative experience in a busy, pressurised environment
