Tasks

-Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and site-based hiring activities in the Albuquerque area. -Support recruiters with job postings and onboarding logistics. -Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the hiring process. -Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting to ensure compliance and data integrity. -Manage recruiting systems and workflows (ATS, scheduling tools, candidate communications). -Schedule and coordinate interviews, balancing candidate needs with hiring team availability and speed. -Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve processes, candidate experience, and efficiency.

What You Bring

-High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a great candidate experience. -Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. -Familiarity with technical or manufacturing hiring processes. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with teams across two states. -2+ years of professional experience; recruiting, HR, or coordination experience preferred. -Experience in a recruiting coordinator role at a startup or high-growth company. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of the Albuquerque or Southwest talent market. -Proficiency with scheduling tools and/or applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar).

About Pacific Fusion
