Tasks

d. Work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and Product Manager to develop, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. c. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, product, operations, etc) to ensure partner success. a. Monitor partner KPIs (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates). a. Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead partner engagement and growth initiatives across our ICT channel portfolio of products. This role is pivotal in expanding market reach, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between Delta’s objectives and partner capabilities. c. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts c. Resolve channel conflicts and ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies. b. Identify and onboard new partners across key markets. You’ll work directly with our distributors, resellers and partners to create and execute smart, compelling sales and promotional campaigns to drive growth. You will be supported with technical and operational functions, allowing you to focus more on direct customer engagement. d. Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and promotional campaigns with our valued partners. b. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and implement improvement plans. b. Deliver sales and marketing support to partners. b. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on partner and customer insights. c. Evaluate partner capabilities and ensure alignment with product and market needs. a. Become the face of Delta to our ICT partner network. a. Development of new business opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Welcome to Delta Electronics [deltaelectronics.com.au] -Excellent communication skills; confident in building rapport with stakeholders quickly and effectively. -Enjoys networking and representing the company at industry events. -This role requires a person with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, who is comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders across all levels. -University Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (Desired) -Experience with sales of ICT equipment will be advantageous. -Some travel is required in ANZ region for customer engagement (~10-20%). -Experience in the ICT distribution ecosystem will be advantageous. -Understanding of tiered partnership and incentive programs. -2-5 years in marketing or sales. -Additional qualifications in marketing and business are preferred but not essential for the right candidate. -Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills. -(Preferable) In-depth knowledge of the ICT industry and ecosystem. -Familiarity with CRM tools and channel incentive programs.
