Coordinate material demand, supply, and purchasing using SAP to meet manufacturing schedules.

Tasks

-Responsible to ensure production schedule at supplier matches with factory demands -Coordinate and balance supply and demand with suppliers and manufacturing -Reviews SAP master data including, but not limited to, minimum order quantities, safety stocks, lead times, purchasing info records, etc. -Work with receiving team to resolve discrepancies -Ensure clear and robust delivery, performance from suppliers -Work engineering and customer service for special demand request -Works closely with planning, manufacturing, and procurement to plan and prioritize supply to fulfill customer requirements on time and ensure maximum performance -Manage GRIR (good receipts/invoice receipts) discrepancies. -Manages MRP via SAP, monitor requisitions and place Purchase Orders with internal and external suppliers.

What You Bring

-Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus -BS/BA/BSE in related field, or advanced degree -2-5 years of purchasing and/or procurement experience with MRP system in manufacturing environment. -Experience with Tableau -Sophisticated hands-on knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office -Experience in fast-paced business. -APICS CSCP and/or CPIM (Plus)
