Tasks

-Lead and inspire the display home team, setting the benchmark for exceptional customer service and ensuring every visitor receives a warm, informative and engaging experience. -Build meaningful relationships with prospective buyers by understanding their lifestyle needs, preferences and budget, delivering tailored solutions that reflect their vision of home ownership. -Guide customers from initial enquiry to final decision, showcasing our beautifully appointed display homes and providing expert advice on design options, pricing and customisations. -Collaborate with internal departments including drafting, estimating and project coordination to ensure a seamless transition from sales to construction commencement. -Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at builder breakfasts, community events and industry networking functions, while maintaining strong relationships with local land developers and referral partners.

What You Bring
