Tasks

The BIM Detailer will be responsible for developing detailed Revit models and production drawings for precast concrete elements. The role involves translating design inputs into accurate and coordinated precast shop drawings suitable for fabrication and production -Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and quality procedures. -Update drawings based on design revisions or client comments. -Prepare 3D Revit models and detailed precast shop drawings for elements such as walls, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and facade panels. -Coordinate closely with BIM lead and Structural engineers. -Support the BIM Lead or Senior Engineer in project documentation and model management.

What You Bring
