Tasks

-Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and weaknesses in projects and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. -Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans to review project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables specific to town councils. -Data Analysis: Analyze project data and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency. -Process Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of project processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements for municipal projects. -Compliance Checks: Ensure that projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. -Follow-up Audits: Perform follow-up audits to verify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively. -Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance. -Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management.

What You Bring

-Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project auditing, quality assurance, or a related role. Preference will be given to candidates with project management training or a degree in project management. -Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software tools. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
