Proposal Design Specialist

Overview

Design and coordinate compelling proposals and presentations for AEC projects.

Tasks

-Assist with coordination of proposal schedules and meeting deadlines -Adhere to RFP/RFQ requirements that satisfy goals in proposal briefs -Support research of clients and competitors to inform strategy -Maintain marketing CRM with most up-to-date and high quality information -Promote visual interest through creation of appealing graphic elements -Develop dynamic proposals, qualifications, and presentation layouts -Ensure brand consistency and strategic positioning across all materials -Prepare final submittals including printing, binding, and packaging -Proactively acquire content from team members and subconsultants -Stand ready, as needed, to lead proposals from kickoff to completion -Contribute to continuous improvement of pursuit process and templates

What You Bring

-Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop with proficiency in Microsoft O365 -Energetic team player who can work comfortably with people of diverse skills & experience -Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability -Strong editing, proofreading and technical review skills -Demonstrated experience with brand alignment and strategic proposal layout -Knowledge of the production printing process a plus but not required -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field -Ability and desire to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Experience with CRM/proposal systems (Deltek VantagePoint preferred) -6-10 years of experience in proposal development within the AEC industry -Possess familiarity formatting project descriptions, resumes, etc. -Excellent communication, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
