Overview

Traveling Superintendent overseeing commercial retail construction projects nationwide.

Tasks

-Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc. -Manage at least 10-15 people -Implement safety standards and procedures -Turn in required daily reports & weekly timesheets -Maintain contract schedule and budget with Project Manager -Operate various equipment (i.e. backhoe, trencher, scissor lift, forklift, etc.)

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience managing new construction or remodel projects -Ability to coordinate with Utility Company providers -Competent with various project management software's and electronics -Journeyman Card or State Masters (a plus) -Read and understand blueprints -Ability to travel
