Traveling geotechnical construction laborer for soil nailing, micropiles, shotcrete, etc.

Tasks
-Working with a Superintendent and teammates, apply your skills effectively to get work done efficiently, safely and correctly. -Learn and apply new skills so you can do more: machines, soils technology, specialty techniques, leadership and problem-solving principles.

What You Bring
-At least one year of working outside in all conditions. -Experience or certifications for heavy equipment operations (skid steer, forklift, Bobcat, Scissor lift, or CDL vehicles.) -Regular heavy lifting (75lbs+) of construction materials on the job site. -A history of complying with construction crew safety principles and tools. -Experience with shotcrete or grouting pumps on the job. -Experience directing teams, managing customer interactions, or managing projects. -Experience with casing, rock drilling or similar. -More years of experience and technical expertise with the tools and technologies in drilling. -At least one year of traveling construction labor experience. -A history of problem solving; the ability to grasp a problem, see a solution, and do whatever it takes to get the problem solved. -2+ years of geotechnical or civil construction experience -Ability to be on time, all the time, every time. -Heavy equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator, concrete/grout pump, etc.) -Ability to drive (CMV or CDL) -Ability to understand and meet daily production targets. -The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required.

-This is a GMT3 job posting. The wage for that role is $24 - $26/hour -Accident and life insurance -Parental leave -Travel across the US to do work.
