Overview
Fabricate and finish wood products in a fast-paced shop supporting sustainability.

Tasks
-Follow safety protocols, daily task lists, and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free shop. -Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation. -Pull material and organize builds to keep production flowing efficiently. -Operate woodshop tools and millwork equipment such as table saws, planers, sanders, gang rips, and jointers to process raw boards into finished goods. -Deliver high-quality finished products by meticulously overseeing all production stages from rough cut to final specification. -Support the Senior Shop Manager with Fabrication related tasks -Manage R&D and prototyping tasks by fabricating product samples or components based on provided specs or mockups.

What You Bring
-You produce high-quality work and spot issues before they become problems. -You are able to read and interpret shop and architectural drawings. -Molder experience a plus; experience operating a molder or similar profiling equipment is highly valued. -You prioritize safety and follow protocols consistently. -You have 2-3 years minimum with shop tools and industrial equipment, and comfortable in a woodshop or factory environment. -You move with urgency and stay focused in high-output environments. -You’re detail-oriented when handling one-off or custom builds, and able to follow prototyping instructions precisely. -Forklift Certification preferred -You follow through on tasks, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing your part well. -You’re a reliable teammate who contributes to shop rhythm and morale—no ego, just good work. -DOT Certification preferred -Experience using the following shop tools: Jointer, Table-Saw, and a Planer. -You have a willingness to learn and solve problems in real time.
