Tasks

You’ll take ownership of major development projects leading feasibilities, planning, and design coordination through to construction and delivery. Working closely with a talented and highly regarded leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes and driving the success of iconic, city-shaping projects. -Drive project strategy, financial performance, and risk management -Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and commercial negotiations -Represent the company with key stakeholders, JV partners, and investors -Lead and manage development projects from acquisition and concept design through to delivery and completion -Manage planning approvals and coordinate with consultants, architects, and authorities -Collaborate with construction and delivery teams to ensure quality and design integrity are achieved

What You Bring

-Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of feasibilities and planning pathways -Proven ability to manage complex consultant teams and deliver high-value outcomes -Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills -5+ years’ experience in property development, ideally across large-scale residential or mixed-use projects -Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or related discipline
