The Role

Overview

Sell fire sprinkler services for new construction in Rio Grande Valley and Corpus Christi.

Tasks

-Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service offerings. -Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers. -Work with customer base to identify needs for moves adds and changes to existing sprinkler systems. -Review plans and collaborate with our designer. -Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers for system repairs and modifications by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies. -Estimate small projects including day-works as required. -Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives.

What You Bring

-Previous sprinkler experience, including estimating -Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Sprinkler Service Business. -Ability to multi-task and organize work. -Two years of sprinkler field or sales experience -Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems such as Window/ Office 2007. -3-5 years industry experience -Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13 standards and local codes. -Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision -Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills -Ability & willingness to work as a team player; must be able to work well with others. -Technical knowledge of sprinkler systems , blueprints
