Tasks

-Use mechanical measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions. -Perform visual inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. -Accurately document inspection results and complete quality-related reports using Microsoft Office tools. -Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address quality issues. -Maintain a clean and organized inspection area, and follow all safety procedures.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing visual inspections and using mechanical measurement tools (such as calipers and micrometers) to verify product quality. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with prior manufacturing quality experience and solid documentation skills. -Prior quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is required. -Experience reading blueprints or electrical schematics. -Familiarity with basic mechanical measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting. -Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality systems. -Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting. -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.

Benefits
