Tasks

-Reference and interpret LaBella, Client, National and International Standards -Responsible for monitoring field inspections and controls, quality assessments, and administrative activities -Understand, communicate and apply LaBella and Client processes, policies, and standard operating procedures -Assist with Permit condition compliance (as needed). Report any deviations and propose solutions to Owner -Responsible for thoroughly documenting observations, incidents, and corrective actions -Oversee SHEQ activities to ensure conformance to the ISO Certified Quality (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) -Coordinate review and revisions of QMS and EMS processes and procedures -Assist with training and communications of QMS and EMS processes and procedures -Perform audits to ensure that quality, environmental, safety and health orientations are taking place -Review Safety & Health, Environmental, & Quality (SHEQ) Plans for adherence to the applicable

What You Bring

We are currently hiring Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Specialists for our Program Management Division in our client's Binghamton, NY office (hybrid working model). -Minimum 2 years construction safety experience with a diverse project background -CUSP: Certified Utility Safety Professional -Preference will be given to applicable certifications including: -Understand and apply construction safety, environmental, and quality regulations -Able to work in the field as needed -CSP: Certified Safety Professional (ASP, GSP) -Bachelor's Degree -OSHA 30 Completion -Six Sigma Green belt (variable depending on assignment) -Requires demonstrated experience in two or more of the following: -Effective verbal communicator -Effective written communicator -CIH: Certified Industrial Hygienist -Able to lead and control meetings -Minimum of 2 years of experience with Quality Management System Standards (i.e. ISO-9001, TS-16949, etc.) -Able to remain focused and objective in tense situations -Attention to Detail -Able to work in a team environment -Minimum of 2 years of experience with Environmental Management System standards (i.e. ISO 14001)
