The Role

Overview

Maintain and support HRIS systems (Dayforce, SuccessFactors, WFS) and integrations.

Tasks

-Provide user training and support our monthly communication session with HR Business Partners -Identify and translate business requirements into actionable work plans through to implementation -Participate in all systems upgrade including reviewing changes, impact analysis and regression testing -Responsible to supporting WFS and working with AMS provider to triage tickets, testing proposed solution, and communicating with user/business partners/stakeholders -Responsible for supporting the SuccessFactors HCM and integration into third party systems -Serve as liaison between business subject matter experts and consulting resources responsible for development and configuration. -Assist with configuration within Dayforce and SuccessFactors to support day to day operations. -Support Release Management in Dayforce and SuccessFactors -Ensure that all system architecture and Functional Requirement documents are kept up to date. -Monitoring interface between Employee Central and S4 Hana/WFS through CPI and Replication Manager -Responsible for supporting the Dayforce HCM, Benefits and Payroll systems, as well as related integrations. -Work with WFS AMS consulting team during system development life cycle, participate in design, data mapping, data modeling, and program specification walk-throughs for new requirement/enhancements -Communicate with business and manage expectations related to the overall goals of the HRIS Applications (WFS, SuccessFactors, Ceridian). -Work to resolve HRIS Tickets through troubleshooting, issue identification, requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and change management. -Work as part of the HRIS team on system configuration and testing related to new business acquisitions. -Conduct and Research best practice from solution provider to ensure our HRIS applications continues to run optimally

What You Bring

-Experience with HRIS full cycle HRIS Implementation and solid understanding of HR Data Structures/models and interrelationships -Customer Centric -University - Bachelor degree or equivalent -Owner mindset -Experience with Workforce Software Time & Attendance, SuccessFactors, Dayforce and SAP HCM. -Practical experience with HRIS database administration, including payroll systems. -5 years of HRIS experience
