Tasks

-Conduct thorough testing and validation of Power BI dashboards and underlying data flows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity. -Apply knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks) to enhance efficiency and scalability. -Explore opportunities for process automation, predictive analytics, and advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning. -Customize dashboard layouts, visualizations, and interactivity features to meet business requirements and user preferences. -Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, patterns, and outliers. -Implement data governance policies and security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance. -Support development, maintenance, and optimization of data models, including semantic models, to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. -Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query) for advanced calculations, transformations, and data manipulations within Power BI. -Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets and provide actionable insights for decision-making. -Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh schedules to minimize load times and ensure responsiveness. -Apply SQL and Python to support data preparation, automation, and pipeline development.

-Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field of study (computer science, statistics, finance, or related discipline). -Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights. -Proficiency in DAX, M, SQL, and experience with Python and data engineering concepts (pipelines, cloud platforms like Databricks). -Strong understanding of data manipulation and data transformation techniques (DAX, M, SQL). -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Jr. FP&A Business Analyst Strong understanding of data manipulation and data transformation techniques (DAX, M, SQL). Ability to apply advanced analytics techniques (forecasting, predictive modeling, machine learning) to derive actionable insights. Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to translate business requirements into data analytics solutions.
