What You Bring

-Experience working with a construction company is a plus. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Basic excel skills required (creating and managing spreadsheets, filtering, and sorting) -Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and a team player. -Excellent verbal communication skills. -1 year experience with AP/AR, invoice processing and reconciliation preferred -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook. -2 years of administrative support experience. -Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Professional and personable demeanor -High school graduate, some college preferred -Solid attendance record -2-3 years of general office support experience in a fast paced environment and able to juggle multiple responsibilities independently
