Tasks

-Producing accurate and actionable reporting to support operational decision-making -Apply stage gate methodology to operational programmes and projects -Maintaining governance and controls to ensure delivery rigour and compliance -Partner with Project Manager to embed PMO tools and templates in daily delivery -Drive continuous improvement in PMO Processes to enhance delivery -Manage RAIDO registers to proactively address risks and dependencies

What You Bring

-You are an effective communicator, engaging delivery teams and various levels of stakeholders -You have a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills with excellent data handling and reporting capabilities -Effective understanding of planning principles and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, P3O preferred) -Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities -Degree in Business, Project Management or a similar related field or equivalent industry experience -Proven experience with RAIDO management and portfolio controls -Familiarity with risk and dependency processes -Proficient with the O365 suite and with planning tools
