Handle inbound sales calls, provide quotes, close sales, and support customer needs.

Tasks

-Seek to win new business and maintain existing business by proactively ensuring customer satisfaction with USS and external sites -Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all USS products and services -Utilize strategic sales skills to close the sale on the initial call with the customer -Stay up to date on system and procedural changes -Participate in ongoing performance and process improvement -Educate the customer on all USS products and services and emphasize product differences and their combined benefits -Research the customers business and proactively identify their potential challenges and opportunities -Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and timely -Overcome price objections by speaking to USS value and high-quality service specifics -Provide great customer service and added value through responsive and personalized communication, detailed product knowledge, and consistency -Proactively engage customers to meet their needs with the appropriate products and services -Effectively utilize USS systems and follow established SOPs -Anticipate and identify future opportunities to serve the customer -Seamlessly recommend additional items tailored to the customers business model and buying patterns

What You Bring

-Ability to solution sell through value alignment to differentiate USS offerings from the competition -Ability to deescalate and overcome objections -Sales experience required -Highly efficient in technology -Ability to maintain a distraction free work environment -Comfortable in situations with little structure or established processes -Ability to easily adapt to change -Sales competency: Ability to tactfully overcome objections, close the sale, and negotiate -Customer care experience is preferred, including customer relationship development -Clear and concise communicator -Ability to keep self on task with little direction -High energy, engaging, accountable, and attentive -Active listening and attention to detail
