What You Bring

-Familiar with evidence required for bids and able to supply evidence of improvements/developments in the technological field. -Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the principles and practices of coastal engineering, coastal hydrodynamics, wave theory, and sediment transport mechanics. -Proven leadership and project management capabilities, complemented by strong technical and analytical skills to drive successful project execution and innovative problem-solving. -Possess strong foundational knowledge of system integration (technology, process and workflow, collaboration, compliance, and safety) across multi-discipline designs, along with a solid grasp of technical management processes and investigative approaches. -Demonstrate a strong understanding of assurance and compliance principles as defined and applied within the relevant industry context. -Strong knowledge of UK coastal policies, flood risk management frameworks, and environmental legislation. -Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to prepare comprehensive technical reports, and collaborate effectively within diverse team environments involving staff, clients, and stakeholders. -Coastal Engineering, Collaborating, Dams, Decision Making, ETABS, Marine Structures, People Management, Structural Engineering, Technical Leadership, Technical Management. -Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Coastal Engineering or Marine Structures related discipline from a recognized university (Chartered Engineer status preferred). -Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs while building capability within the team and broader business unit. -Effectively understands client challenges and leverages the diverse capabilities across AtkinsRéalis to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.
