Architectural Staff – Water/Wastewater Infrastructure

Tasks

-Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination efforts. -Provide construction support, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits. -Assist in the design and development of architectural components for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and industrial buildings. -Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications using Revit and AutoCAD. -Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and client-specific requirements. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, mechanical, process and electrical engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. -Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design practices. -Experience working in engineering consulting or infrastructure projects is a plus. -Completed NAAB and/or EESA accredited degree program. -Actively seeking licensure as a Registered Architect and documenting hours through the NCARB AXP Program. -3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction support, preferably within the water/wastewater or industrial sector. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
