Ensures material picked is correct and damage-free.
Trust: Building relationships among ourselves, customers, vendors & other partners.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to material and/or marks information on boxes, cases, pallets, or other containers.
Prepares orders for shipping by placing material in auditing and staging areas.
Follows established safety procedures.

Checks material for damage and confirms correct items and quantities are selected.
Selects products and materials from shelves using an RF scanner and prepares items for shipping.
Safely operates all the necessary equipment in warehouse and ensures warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis.
Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers and prepares shipping documentation.

Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
Ability to operate material moving equipment such as a forklift, riding pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and picking carts.
Climbing/Balance: Occasional climbing onto equipment; ability to maintain balance while moving materials on elevated platforms or racking systems.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Standing/Walking: Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse on concrete floors during the work shift.
PPE Use: Required to wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, high-visibility vest, equipment safety harness) for extended periods.
Vision: Must have close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to read labels, scan barcodes, and safely operate equipment.

Lifting/Carrying: Frequently required to lift, carry, push, or pull products, parts, and materials weighing up to 75 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance or mechanical handling equipment.

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write and exhibit strong basic math skills.
Experience with handheld computer equipment such as RF scanners.
1+ years of warehouse and distribution experience including use of commercial or industrial equipment.
Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching: Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching to retrieve, stock, or handle products at floor and low-level shelving.
Ability to work in a deadline drive, fast paced environment.
Hearing/Speaking: Ability to hear instructions, safety signals, and warehouse equipment alarms; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in a noisy environment.
Reaching/Handling: Frequent reaching overhead, forward, and to the side; regular grasping and handling of materials, boxes, tools, and warehouse equipment.
