- Assist in rental arrears follow-ups, preparing arrears lists, and processing Form 11 and Form 12 documents.
- Support Property Managers with reporting, filing, and covering duties as needed.
- Supporting the Senior Property Manager to better manage their portfolios by completing detailed inspections on their behalf;
- Manage inspection calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and compliance.
- Communicate with tenants and owners regarding inspections, entry notices, and maintenance updates.
