Tasks

-Process commissions, deductions, expenses, and third-party claims in line with policy and legislation. -Handle payroll queries and statutory payments (sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption) with professionalism. -Deliver accurate weekly payroll using CoreHR, ensuring timely updates and data integrity. -Support audits and collaborate with internal teams and external bodies like HMRC and DWP to ensure compliance.

What You Bring

-Relevant qualifications, including GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) and/or CPP certification. -Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and hands-on experience in payroll or financial processing. -Railway knowledge would be advantageous -Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex data accurately. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (CoreHR experience is a plus).
