Tasks

-Take ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery. -Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across project delivery. -Ensure compliance with required relevant regulations. -Be the key point of contact for clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders — strengthening relationships and trust. -Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle — feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. -Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including programmes, cost plans, and progress reports. -Foster a collaborative team environment that supports growth and knowledge sharing. -Oversee technical design reviews and ensure constructability, safety, and environmental compliance.

What You Bring

-Professional credentials such as APM Project Management Qualification, or membership with ICE, Engineers Ireland, or an equivalent institution. -Knowledge of compliance with CDM and / or Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, along with all other applicable statutory requirements -Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. -Confidence with project management tools and processes, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. -Strong technical coordination skills, especially in design and/or Design & Build delivery models. -Proven experience managing water, wastewater, flood management, or environmental protection projects — ideally within Ireland’s infrastructure landscape.
