  • Coordinate closely with the engineers and superintendents to develop activities and durations that align with the bid and Contract requirements.
  • Review Plans, Specifications, and all Contract documents to develop an independent analysis of all scheduling requirements
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to develop schedule activities for subcontractor work to be incorporated into the project schedule
  • Serve as technical expert for P6 and provide support to office personnel as needed
  • Support published corporate policies
  • Develop detailed project schedule for assigned project.
  • Lead a team of schedulers to maintain project schedule
  • Generate multiple schedule scenarios in coordination with the estimating department in order to identify potential time and cost savings
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction
