Tasks

-Lead the Finance team to achieve our desired Finance transformation agenda -Ensures financial management compliance with all relevant internal and external reporting and taxation policies, standards, and regulations, including statutory and legal requirements -Support the development and maintenance of a strategic plan that supports Tātaki Auckland Unlimited current and planned business objectives -Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and contribute to leadership within the finance team. -Lead the operational Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Annual Planning processes across business.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop people and successful track record managing teams -Qualified Chartered Accountant NZICA or equivalent qualification -A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a financial professional with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar sized organisation ideally both public and private
