Overview
Lead design and oversight of bridges/transport infrastructure projects in Boston.

Tasks
-Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions. -Play a key role in business development efforts, leading/assisting proposals, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions. -Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance. -Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. -Lead the structural design of complex and conventional transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls.

What You Bring
-8+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure. -PE License is required, preferably from Massachusetts. -Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges. -Experience with MassDOT project is highly preferred. -Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence. -Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, CSI Bridge, VBridge, LEAP Bridge, LPile, and more. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). -Development of calculations using Excel and Mathcad. Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
