Tasks

-Ensure supplier quality and performance data is accurate and used to benchmark best practices. -Collaborate with suppliers, SQE, ASQE, and internal teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. -Support supplier development through training, audits, and performance reviews to strengthen competencies and close process gaps. -Utilize tools such as 8D, PMR, DFM, and Controlled Ship Levels to enhance supplier quality and operational efficiency. -Continuously learn, apply, and train others on Danfoss standards, tools, and documentation to improve quality performance. -Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across suppliers and internal stakeholders. -Oversee supplier readiness for new business and resourcing projects in alignment with Danfoss requirements. -Lead supplier claim handling, PPAP, and qualification processes to ensure compliance with Danfoss standards and timely issue resolution.

What You Bring

-Proven technical background with strong understanding of quality systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO standards. -Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manufacturing environments, ensuring collaboration and problem resolution. -Certified Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt with demonstrated expertise in auditing and continuous improvement. -Strong communication skills in English for managing supplier interactions and global stakeholder engagement. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field) with 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality.
