-Comprehends construction drawings, assembly drawings, RF data sheets, etc. -Trade certifications are a plus! -Proficient in general industry knowledge, including rigging, knot tying, and signaling. -Clean driving record. -Understands and adheres to best industry standards. -Proficient use of PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, printer, camera -Must exhibit good physical stamina to climb towers with the ability to lift, pull, and push 80 lbs. -Must be able to crouch, kneel, twist, and climb with both hands. -Willingness to travel extensively away from the home market, nationally and internationally.
