-Classifying Assets and depreciation -B&O and Sales Tax Preparation -working hand in hand with the controller.

What You Bring

-Must have experience in utilizing a P.O. system -Collections experience is a plus -3 years accounts payable/receivables experience is a must -Must have excellent time management skills -3 years experience in reconconciling bank/credit card statements -Excellent customer service skills is a must -Excellent organization and communication skills is a must -Must be skilled in computer programs and able to learn. -Advanced Excel Skills is a must -Must understand job costing and/or have the aptitude to learn it. -Must be experienced with reconciling bank/credit card statements -Must be willing to learn other computer systems related to insurance restoration.
