The Role

Lead payroll, pension & benefits operations, ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Tasks

-Work closely with the SAP technical teams to help to analyse any system build requirements and also to verify any data loaded. -Motivate, manage, lead and coaches the team to deliver service excellence against key performance indicators and challenging metrics. -Lead business process mapping, process transformation and improvement sessions with their team and implements improvements in liaison with the Payroll Manager and other key members of the HR Operations Team as appropriate. -Develop strong working relationships with the Shared Service Centre Leadership Team and other team leaders to provide a seamless service to those outside of Shared Services. -Coach members of the team in their activities to support their individual development, provide feedback on areas for improvement, and also provide ‘hands-on’ support where required. -Manage a clear plan of monthly and annual activity for the team to understand peak periods. -Drive excellence in service delivery, ensuring that the team completes activity in line with statutory or agreed Equans processes. -Co-ordinate all audit activity for own work teams, with timely monthly sign off. -Improve and maintains process documentation and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose taking into consideration feedback from stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Understanding of GDPR - Essential. -SAP (desirable). -Working knowledge of Microsoft packages. -Knowledge of current GDPR. -Team Leader or Supervisory experience – Essential. -Attention to detail. -HR & Payroll systems – Desirable. -Ability to prioritise and work with colleagues to deadlines. -Coaching or experience in developing others - Essential.
