Tasks

-Liaise with design teams, consultants, and the client on technical and site matters. -Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals. -Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and quality records. -Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth construction operations. -Support the smooth handover of completed sections of the works. -Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. -Review as-built drawings and support certification processes. -Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards at the site. -Monitor daily progress, resolve site issues, and ensure the project is executed on schedule. -Identify and address defects, non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. -Inspect construction works and materials to ensure conformity to design and contractual requirements. -Conduct regular safety audits and ensure implementation of safety protocols. -Construction Supervision -Report on construction status, key issues, risks, and delays to project management. -Attend site meetings and provide technical input to resolve construction-related challenges.

Requirements

What You Bring

-More than 15 years of experience. -Graduate in Civil Engineering or Equivalent. -Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices. -Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences. -Master’s degree in construction management.
