The Role
Overview
Manage day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, contracts, and HSE compliance on a 12-hr shift.

Tasks
-Coordinate and provide overall performance reporting. To formulate, develop and implement systems that will ensure plant is maintained and operated in accordance with current legislation and to its optimum efficiency -Set up vendor meets between vendor and the group to allow access into facility services. -Assisting on the tracking for meeting room booking for longer period. -Lead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate. -Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives. -Submitting for approval for any work that doesn’t requite permit. -Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed. -Update floor plan if there is any changes in the layout. -Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL. -Recommend continuous management initiatives and energy management plan. Review existing operations regularly to reduce cost and improve operational standards. Actively search-out opportunities to achieve better or best results and increase the energy efficiency (PUE – Power Utilization Efficiencies). -Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities. -Preparation of documentation for Application on the new vendor to be JLL vendor and statutory requirement. -Establish/coordinate access into necessary service request applications as needed. -Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned. -Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans. -Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested. -Managing third party COIs and critical related issues. -Assist on submitting for approval for any government compliance letter.

What You Bring
-equivalent data centre or critical facility. -Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation. -Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and vendor staff. -Hands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, eg CRAC, chillers, -3 - 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment space. -Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation of -1 - 2 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or -Tertiary Qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.
