Tasks

-Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports. -Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes. -Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate feedback into design revisions. -Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and quality of design work. -Participate in site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues. -Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of design work. -Lead the development of architectural designs for complex projects, from initial concept to final delivery. -Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Revit for creating renderings and drawings. -Experience in construction document preparation and administration. -Skill in design development, schematic design, and architectural drawing and rendering. -4+ years of architectural design experience within commercial projects such as healthcare, education, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use.
