-Be able to establish requirements for mentorship and assess company AP capabilities. -May involve shift work, weekend work, or extended hours depending on project schedule. -Will involved travel between multiple project sites. -Hold Temporary Works Coordinator.

What You Bring

-NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations – Planning Lifts -In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (LOLER, PUWER, BS 7121, CDM Regulations and WAH regulations). -Have First Aid Certification. -Marine Based Experience with, Barges, Spud Barges and Jack up Barges -Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary lifting teams. -Recognised certification as Appointed Person for Lifting Operations (e.g., CPCS A61 or NPORS equivalent). -Extensive experience in lifting operations within the construction or civil engineering industry. -Is physically demanding and in high-risk environments. -ECITB Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Construction – Rigging or Erecting Pathway (Desirable) -Experience working on major construction sites such as infrastructure projects (bridges, high-rises, highways, rail, tunnels). -Strong planning and organisational skills.
