Tasks

-Handle procurement and manage subcontracts. -Track and manage financials to adhere to budget constraints. -Execute projects by identifying, prioritizing, and scheduling tasks. -Ensure overall project profitability. -Support engineers in project execution. -Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction. -Mentoring experience for less experienced engineers. -Conduct risk management, including early problem identification and conflict resolution. -Lead communications and meetings effectively.

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in industries such as Water and Wastewater, Life Sciences, Specialty Chemicals, or Food and Beverage. -Experience in designing electrical schematics, including Motor Control Panels 480VAC and below. -Ability to lead local and remote teams of engineers/technicians. -Experience with UL508A, UL698, and UL698A. -Project management expertise. -Experience in specifying Field Instrumentation and Motor Control Centers. -PMP certification preferred. -Engineering background, particularly in controls engineering and process controls. -Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline. -Proficiency in budget, scope, and timeline management. -Experience in customer interface and automation.
