Tasks
-Champion executive decision-making and strategic development through visionary leadership. -Prepare comprehensive documents for planning permission and acquire necessary approvals. -Support active participation in professional organizations -Lead the production of construction documentation for various building types from conception to completion. -Act as a trusted adviser in coordinating with consultants and identifying high-level technical solutions as problems arise. -Assist with construction administration activities, including shop drawing review, specifications, and site instructions. -Provide specialized knowledge by advising on materials, technology, and processes involved in building design, while applying a thorough understanding of building science methodologies. -Collaborate on multiple projects with internal team members and external consultants, taking projects from design development to construction completion. -Stay at the forefront of industry advancements by keeping up-to-date with legislation, standards, and technological innovations in the field.

What You Bring
-Exhibit strong leadership and relationship-building skills, while mentoring and coaching junior team members. -Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technologist Program or equivalent. -Exceptional communication skills that facilitate effective mentoring and team leadership. -Advanced skills with Revit; candidates must have 10+ years of experience. -Experience in receiving executive coaching, setting the stage for your legacy building and visionary leadership in architectural design. -Specialized knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications. -Demonstrated high-level problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. -Minimum 15 years of direct experience in a Senior Architectural Technologist role.
