System Training Coordinator

Overview

Train clients and staff on Westfalia systems, develop training materials, and assist with issues.

Tasks

-Train clients in Westfalia Systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. -Develop, or facilitate development, of training materials. -Work with Support team members to resolve client issues as needed. -Train System Support Technicians, Engineers, and other Westfalia team members.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel to corporate for development and delivery of training. -Willingness to travel to client sites for development and delivery of training. Estimated travel 30%. -Education and/or experience in a technically related field. -Ability to multitask and adjust priorities when needed -Experience in or ability to develop understanding/proficiency in operations and support of Westfalia automated systems and processes -Able to climb ladders, use stairways and otherwise access industrial facility operational areas. -Must be fit for air travel and legally able to rent and drive a rental vehicle (21+). -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) -Excellent critical thinking skills -Experience in or ability to develop team structures and workflows -This position requires travel to client sites up to 30% of the time. -Minimum of 1-4 years relevant experience in development, operation, and support of industrial automated storage equipment and solutions. -Excellent verbal and written communication -Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. -Able to position oneself through standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching. -The person in this position frequently will require clear, concise, and active communication with others during manual operation of the machines.
