We’re looking for passionate Graduates who can bring new ideas, a different way of thinking and who can challenge the way we do things! Our Graduate Program contains rotational opportunities across our business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across a two (2) years program. We are looking for IMPACT Makers; exceptional people who turn sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization. We celebrate IMPACT Makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. If you have recently completed or currently completing the last year of a bachelor’s degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you; You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us. This position will be posted until filled. -Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations! This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic) -Recently Completed, or in Final Year of Study -A New Zealand citizen or an New Zealand Permanent Resident -Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2023, 2024 or 2025 -Business and Commercial acumen a plus -Strengths in Communication, Self-Awareness & Curiosity -Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
