Tasks

-Oversee design, documentation and construction support activities across all phases of engineering projects -Be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive management of project scope and resources. -Assist with the planning, preparation and coordination of proposal documentation and responses -Perform site inspections and prepare site surveillance reports, if required -Coordinate and facilitate communication between discipline engineers to ensure the completion of designs on time -Contribute to the development of technical decisions and solutions by addressing technical queries and responding to requests for information -Provide comprehensive support to the Project/Study/Area Manager and Engineering Manager with project management functions across HSE, scope, cost, schedule and risk management -Assist with planning, preparation and coordination of project reports and deliverables -Coordinate and compile technical reports to clients, following both client and GHD guidelines

What You Bring

-Experience in a multidisciplinary project delivery environment -High attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills -Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., bachelor’s degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering) or related qualification -2 to 5 years’ relevant experience with knowledge in a project management or consulting environment in Australia -Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written -Ability to assess project risks and understand associated contingencies
