Tasks

-Collaborate with the National HSEQ team and Quarry leadership to standardise and improve systems and processes -Develop user-friendly templates and documentation that align with current legislation -Coach and mentor Quarry Managers and Supervisors on compliance matters -Actively engage with other regions to share learnings and avoid duplication of effort and documents -Through consultation with local leaders, lead the development of an annual improvement plan aligned with national goals

What You Bring

-Proven experience in compliance, safety, or environmental management within mining, quarrying, or heavy industry -Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving -Strong understanding of Queensland’s regulatory framework for quarry operations -Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across teams and regions -HSEQ or Quarrying qualifications will be highly regarded -Excellent communication and coaching skills
