Overview
Install and maintain low‑voltage network, fiber, and structured cabling systems.

Tasks
-Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel. -On at least a daily basis, preplan and identify task specific hazards and the means to mitigate them. -Positively identify colors of wires. -Forming, Dressing and Labeling Cables to Industry Standards -Terminate, Assemble and RJ45 Modular and Coaxial Connectors -Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed. -Removal and Demolition of Abandoned Cables -Ensure that all personnel conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times. -Abide by all customer and general contractor rules -Satisfy our customers to provide for repeat sales and favorable recommendations. -Physically Install network and Fiber Optics Structured Cable Distribution Systems -Maintain Systems According to Industry Standards Including ANSI, EIA/TIA, BICSI, and Local Low Voltage Codes -Test Copper Cables to Established Certification Parameters Utilizing Appropriate Tests as Required -Observe the habits of others and bring to their attention deficiencies. -Install Outlets, Pull Cable, Install Fire Stopping and Pre-Termination Including Organizing -Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task. -Install Backboards, Connecting Blocks, Racks, Patch Panels and Fiber Enclosures -Support goal of achieving zero accidents.

What You Bring
-Stable electrical contractor that is innovative and culturally diverse -Learn/comprehend Basic Blueprints and Layout from shop drawings -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable -Equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience can substitute the technical degree. -Technical degree preferred. -Prior experience with electrical or construction work preferred. -Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.
