Tasks
-Manage & Estimate: Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and estimate total design and construction costs. -Collaborate & Coordinate: Work across disciplines to deliver final plans and specifications. -Strategize & Represent: Develop new design approaches and represent the team in client meetings. -Own the Process: Serve as Job Captain on single or multi-discipline projects, from concept to completion. -Lead & Innovate: Drive design projects with a strong focus on budget control and quality assurance.

What You Bring
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks a plus), 3D modeling, and fabrication systems. -Requirements: Valid driver’s license; Associate degree or post-secondary engineering training preferred. -Expertise: 15+ years in machine design, mechanical engineering, and automation. -Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management abilities. -Industry Knowledge: Experience with material handling, ductwork systems, and automation design.
