Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Administering building contracts (JCT and NEC) -Undertake all aspects of professional surveying work (including condition surveys, specific defect analysis, party wall consultancy, dilapidations, insurance inspections and claims advice. Plus, Reinstatement Cost Assessment valuations) -Liaise with clients, contractors & other consultants (internal and external) -Establish & maintain client relationships -Assist the team leader with project finances, recruitment, mentoring and team leadership -Carry out site surveys (including measured surveys, condition surveys & defect analysis) -Support business development activities by senior colleagues -Lead & develop detailed briefs in conjunction with the Client and senior colleagues -Produce designs and specifications including preparation of tender documentation
