Tasks

-Assist in the design and preparation of teasers and books. -Researching demographics and traffic counts. -Obtaining and analyzing market information and statistics. -Preparing and writing market research. -Assist in the due diligence process. -Create appropriate charts and other graphic materials. -Assisting with rent rolls, demographics, tenant profiles, etc. -Review and summarize leases (lease abstracting).

What You Bring

-Ability to interact with internal and external clients professionally in a fast paced, high-energy environment. -Current college/university junior or senior, graduating in 2026 or 2027 -Detail-oriented and self-motivated. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus. -Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel. -Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude. -Strong analytical and writing skills. -Value listings and proposed listings in Argus and Excel.
