Tasks

-Track and analyze land pipeline data, providing regular reporting for leadership. -Support preparation of CAP packages and Land Committee submissions. -Serve as a bridge between Finance, Land Acquisition, and Operations to ensure seamless information transfer. -Manage and update Salesforce deal data for land pipeline tracking. -Conduct analysis of approved but not closed JV deals. -Recommend process improvements to streamline reporting and enhanced data accuracy. -Support month-end and quarter-end processes related to land assets. -Assist Land Acquisition leadership in daily land research responsibilities. -Manage JV draw requests and invoice tracking. -Assist with capital forecasting and cash flow modeling for land projects. -Maintain and update monthly & quarterly JV pro forma models for active land assets. -Provide financial insights that influence negotiation strategies and project planning. -Assist in deal underwriting, research, and due diligence as needed. -Review and adjust JV pro formas for Land Committee submissions. -Participate in meetings related to Entitlement, Land Acquisition, and internal joint venture meetings. -Organize and upload JV documents ensuring accurate coordination across teams. -Manage, update, and disperse entitlement schedules and timeline schedules for upcoming assets. -Process land wire requests and ensure accuracy. -Track JV takedown schedules, lot exhibits, and takedown coordination.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, land acquisition or land development or a related field. Preferably with public homebuilder or other real estate related business. -Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. -Prior experience in MetroStudy, and GIS preferred. -Hands-on experience with financial reporting budgeting or cost tracking. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field. -Ability to work with CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred) and financial software. -Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel in financial modeling. -Ability to interpret complex data and present findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. -State of the art technology to provide an optimal working environment -Demonstrated ability to build and maintain pro forma models, cash flow forecasts and ROI analysis.
