Overview
Oversee and deliver complex environmental permitting projects for water resources in Washington.

Tasks
-Collaborate diligently with Water Business Group leadership and partners, WA ES&P BCL, and overall cross-sector team to elevate the practice and project delivery. -Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. -Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out) for the following environmental services in Washington State: -Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule. -Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently. -Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers. -Implement QA/QC procedures. -Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff. -Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule. -Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders. -Environmental and land use alternatives analyses and siting studies. -Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.

What You Bring
-10 years related experience -AICP or NAEP CEP certification. -A minimum of 5 years of project management experience -Proven experience managing environmental review and permitting services for Water Resources, Wastewater or other Water Business Group - related projects in the Pacific Northwest. -Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software -Will require in-person participation in home office on a weekly basis. -Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills -Bachelor's degree in related field -Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related field. -NEPA/SEPA documentation. -Ability to grow into supervisory role.
