What You Bring

-Experience with isometric production control and monitoring -Sound knowledge of industry or regulatory standards and codes as required for piping design -Site experience in a technical role is preferred. -Previous professional experience must include heavy industrial plant layout and process and utility piping system routing. -Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills -A high degree of understanding of inter-discipline dependencies related to the discipline -Ability to motivate individuals to attain quality, cost and schedule objectives -Familiarity with ASME piping codes is expected. -Thorough knowledge of piping components and materials -10+ years of experience in either mechanical or piping design. Experience in both is preferred. -Extensive experience with 2D and 3D CAD software is required (strict adherence to Hatch and Client drafting standards will be expected). Experience with data-centric or BIM systems is preferred. -Strong deliverable focus, ability to plan the work -Diploma or equivalent in engineering design or drafting. -Experience with multidisciplinary coordination -Sound knowledge of design systems and workflows as they relate to the piping discipline -Sound design and modeling skills for plant layout, piping design and detailing -Thorough understanding of PFDs and P&IDs
